The Patio Experts family of stores would like to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our mission is to give great customer service, process orders timely and to make sure you receive your purchase in excellent condition. We ship via UPS or by truck (LTL) and ask you to please inspect the box(es) and contents within 72 hours to ensure there is no damage due to the shipping process. In the event there is damage, please contact us immediately or on the next business day so we may assist you in the replacement of your order and file the proper claim with the shipper. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to replace the damaged order.

We may require photos of the damage. In many cases, the shipper (UPS/FedEx) may want to inspect or pick-up the damaged item. We ask you to keep the item for 10 to 14 business days before disposal of the damaged item should the shipper choose to inspect or pick-up the item.

Shipping is a Flat Rate of $9.95 per order. We also offer some Free Shipping items as well. Most Umbrella bases and Large Umbrellas have an excess shipping charge due to the extreme weight. These type of items usually ship freight.

Any order with an Umbrella or Umbrella Base Quantity over (3) Pieces are subject to a Freight Quote. Patio Experts Inc. will contact you before your order is processed with any additional charges or wait times.

Orders shipping to the same address at the same time are subject to additional charges if duplicate orders are placed.

Most items ship very quickly. Please note: some umbrellas are hand sewn and take time to create. Each product has an estimated shipping time. This can change in the peak of the season. From May to October
